Following the government announcement this week that New Zealand will be returning to Alert Level 3 we are pleased to confirm our Mt Wellington factory will be open for business next week.
Our factory will open from Tuesday 28th of April for manufacturing, dispatch of orders, repairs, and product support, however there will be some restrictions in place.
The offices and factory will be open to staff only. Customers will need to make arrangements before calling into the factory as there will be processes in place with regards to any visitors.
- Orders – our manufacturing is back on track, so orders will be processed and manufactured asap.
- Delivery – these will be “contactless” to comply with the Alert Level 3 requirements
- Pick-up – these will be “contactless”, please discuss times and requirements with us prior to picking up goods.
