Robur Attachments is pleased to announce it is being acquired by Attach2 Ltd. This strategic move
marks a significant step forward in strengthening Robur’s commitment to delivering its services to
the construction market in New Zealand.

In this exciting development, Attach2 has acquired the brand, intellectual property, stock, and select
assets of Robur Attachments sales division. Moreover, Attach2 has employed the core Robur Team,
and the business will continue to operate from its current premises in Mt Wellington, Auckland.
Meanwhile, Clem Simpkin will continue to lead Robur Attachments Hire division, operating
independently under a new brand name, which will be revealed soon.

Robur will continue to operate independently to Attach2 maintaining the same standards Robur are
renowned for. The primary change will involve a change in bank account and the legal entity which
will be Attach2 Limited.

Will Robur’s services and products continue?
Absolutely. The acquisition will have no impact on the continuity of Robur's services and products.
We remain committed to offering the same quality products and services that our valued customers
have come to rely on.

How will this acquisition affect me as a customer?
The acquisition will result in minimal changes for our customers. You can anticipate that the
experienced staff, customer service helpline, and product range you are familiar with will remain
unchanged, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted experience. The main change for you will be
updating your records so you are buying from and issuing purchase orders to Attach2 Ltd instead of
Robur Attachments Ltd.

Will the contact information change?
No, our contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses, will remain unchanged.
You can continue to reach out to our representatives through the same familiar channels.

What about the Attachment hire division?
Clem Simpkin’s Attachment hire division will continue to operate under a new brand, which will be
disclosed in the near future. This division will maintain its autonomy, ensuring focused and
dedicated service to customers.
If you want a Robur Attachment to Hire, please continue to work with the same team being Clem,
Grant and Jody.

Will there be any changes to billing or payments?
Yes, as this has been acquired into the Attach2 legal entity, banking, terms and conditions will be
with Attach2 limited. The legal business name will be Attach2 Limited. If you haven't already got
Attach2’s details, please reach out to us for them.
Any invoices dated prior to 15 th of September 2023 will need to be settled and amounts paid into the
current Robur bank account, and any invoices dated from the 18 th of September need to be paid into
the Attach2 bank account.

Will my existing warranty with Robur be honoured?
Yes, but to be specific and so no surprises, the entity Robur Attachments Limited holds the liability of
all warranties associated with products sold up until the 15 th of September 2023. Starting from the
18 th of September 2023, Attach2 Limited will be responsible for any Robur attachments sold, and
these products will carry the Robur product warranty conditions, not Attach2’s warranty conditions.

When does the changeover take place?
The official changeover of the brand, intellectual property, stock and certain assets from Robur
Attachments Limited to Attach2 Ltd will take place on close of business 15 th of September 2023
which is a Friday and will be ready to continue doing business on Monday the 18 th of September
